Location is great. It is closed to some main tourist attractions, restaurants, and to the public transportation.
The hotel has significant potential due to its historical charm and great location, but a renovation or at least a refresh would be advantageous.

Great staff, value for money, in a great location, did not feel 4*
The staff were great and could not do enough for you, The location was great with lots of good places to eat and relax in the area, plus it was close to the train station. the hotel overall had a great feel and atmosphere. and it was easy to walk to the sights of Rome from here.
The hotel was listed as having aircon, but it did not work, overall rooms could do with a deeper better clean. if the hotel was cleaner it would make a big difference, overall it's a nice place that needs a little TLC.
